Once you recieve your luggage, chack the Ipax Bag Protection pouch to see if there is any sign of opening, in which case a notice of a manual inspection from the airport’s security personel must be in place; if ther is no notice and you find any sign of pilfering in the Ipax Bag Protection pouch, report it inmediately to the airline staff and claim that you luggage may have been pilferred.

Any claims related to a loss of luggage must be notified to Europ Assistance within 6 hours from the report thereof to the airline (on arrival), after which term no legal action may be filled.
